Returns can only be accepted due to manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new and not used or worn. Heat and water damage (for decks) will not qualify for return. Email us at admin@encinoskate.com In the subject type "Return" and the date. In the body tell us the issue and attach a picture of manufacturer defect (if possible) and provide us with your name and order number so we can best assist you. If return is approved we will provide you with a shipping label. If original packaging is lost in the case of a skateboard deck it may be very difficult for us to process your return since it is a very specific packing box. We take pride of our quality control. However, we encourage you to inspect your product as soon as you receive it so that if there is any issue we can resolve it quickly. Thank you
